200 HP Turbo Mill

The CMTM-1500 turbo mill is designed to grind rigid and semi-rigid materials into a fine particle size smaller than 1/16″ in diameter. It’s especially apt at processing hair wires and fine strand materials.

Turbomill:
– 200hp TEFC 360/230/460 3ph electric motor.
– Carbon steel plate body.
– Easily interchangeable steel wear-plates and beater knives.
– Clam-shell design for easy opening.

-50hp blower W-VFD

-Cyclone

-Airlock

Controls Cabinet:

-200 HP VFD for Turbo*

-500 hp VFD for Blower*

-Motor starter for airlock

-5hp VFD for infeed hopper. (not included in sale price, but available)

A blower, cyclone, and air-lock valve are required in order to pull the material thru the Turbo Mill. (Included)
