Notes from compressor technician:

Arrived on site. Fused disconnect is off. Checked fuses, L2 fuse is open. Removed and tagged as bad.

Performed visual inspection of drive components. Noted that U phase snubber capacitor on out put module had

arc marks. Removed motor leads and tested with mega ohm meter at 1000 vdc. Motor is not grounded, but

insulation is failing. Performed input/ output diode tests on drive. Output U phase is shorted. Advised customer

of findings and will quote repairs.
