Fully reconditioned (reconditioning goes through the entire machine from top to bottom and replace any broken or missing parts, go through the hydraulics and electrical, and power wash and repaint the entire baler. The cylinders are sent out to get repacked and will also do a full reline (As Needed). The machine is constantly dry cycled and tested).
